Frequently Asked Questions...

Not so much a question but some advice from someone who used acrylic yarn:

"Hiii, I'm making this rn using an acrylic blend yarn and I would recommend going up a hook size to do the cables panels if you're not using mohair. So I'm using 8mm for the cables but 6mm for the ribbing panels (I do not have a 7mm hook and couldn't be bothered to buy one) I found that my acrylic yarn made the cable very tight around the twist and blocking it didn't really help either compared to the mohair. Also, when doing the ten front posts double crochet I always do two rows of this stitch, it helps again with the tightness!"
